Check your fuses, relays, wire harnesses under the hood, especially near exhaust. It is possible that some wires got displaced and melted due to heat causing a short. I would care fully check the SMG pump and wire going to it. I am not too much help with SMG, as mine is stick shift but that would be my route of debugging it.
