1: Watch the world’s only twice daily cattle drive. The Fort Worth Stockyards cattle drive is one of the best free things to do in Fort Worth. The cattle drive in the Historic Fort Worth Stockyards is one of the most popular free activities in Fort Worth.Takes all of 10 minutes to see so it's not great value time wise. But it is important history wise and there are some lovely works of art alongside the bones. Plus it has been very well restored and there is accompanied music by local composers which is a nice touch. Don't be put off by the surrounding construction, it's still worth a visit.
Also if Borneo is worth it outside of Orangutans let me know that as well. Thank you! I (27f) just came back from a month-long solo Malaysia trip a few days ago and my favourite part of the trip was Borneo! I visited Sandakan, the Kinabatangan River, Danum Valley, Semporna and Mabul/Sipadan. I can't comment on Kota Kinabalu etc.Respect that. Do not attempt to touch exhibits. Do not leave designated areas in archaeological sites. Do not take 'souvenirs'. Do not attempt to climb any ruins for photo ops. Do not visit sites drunk or hungover. Do not make jokes about selling antiquities or about antiquities stolen by foreign countries.
I’m here right now! It’s such an incredible city. Here’s a few suggestions: Activities: Cave Calem tour and port tasting. Watch the sunset from Jardim do Morro. Rota do Duro bridges River cruise (only an hour) Visit the old train station for the city’s best Azulejos. Walking along the bridges and steps.I've definitely noticed the reef is worse now than when I first visited about 20 years ago but I still think it's worth a visit. No the reef has been decimated its best you don't go. Besides covid is still a threat I really don't think travel is a smart choice until the government moves to 4 shots for everyone.
Brno has plenty of culture, but it really comes down to what you like - is it clubbing? Big celebrity concerts? Indie music? Dive bar punk? Car absolutely isn't a necessity. Given the current (and near future) state of Brno I'd say it's actually a liability.599 votes, 49 comments. 8.8M subscribers in the travel community. r/travel is a community about exploring the world. Anything worth going to will be safe, and any shady areas have nothing worth visiting. Being that you're from Toronto, I'll won't go too far into all the American history-related spots, but if you do have any interest, there are several, from Ft. McHenry to the Historical Society to Edgar Allan Poe related sites.
In Bratislava, it's definitely worth visiting the castle. The old town is pretty small, but there are a few nice bars and cafes. There is a restaurant on a bridge with a revolving tower. It's good to see the sights too, but I wouldn't personally bother eating there. You can visit the viewing deck without booking a table. sqoiAdo.
