Iupgraded from Concert Stereo to the full MMI 3G Plus (with HDD). However i have some issues with the amp. The parts i put in my car for the retrofit, came from a A4 with the basic 8-speaker sound system. My car has 10-speaker (not B&O). I realized that the radio-unit with the internal amp (4F0035053) only supported the 8-spaker system.
Spotifyin Audi does not show track list on MMI, but Apple Music does. I'm able to play Spotify via Bluetooth on my 2017 Audi A4 (I don't have Carplay). The current playing song is displayed on the MMI, I'm able to pause, play previous and next songs. What I can't do is diplay the playlist or album tracklist on the MMI (and select another song).
